Terms & Conditions

Last updated 31 August 2026

The short version: rax is a math and data tool, not a sportsbook and not betting advice. It can’t promise you’ll win. You must be 18+ and in the United States. Paid plans renew until you cancel; past charges aren’t refunded. Bet responsibly.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rax (“rax,” “we,” “us”), a sports-analytics tool at rax-bot.com operated by Paul Andrew Sullivan and Gregory Goodfellow. By creating an account or using rax, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use rax.

2. What rax is — and is not

rax is a data and analytics tool. It removes the sportsbook margin from published moneylines to estimate a fair price, compares that to a live market price, and displays the difference, ranked and sized in units. That is all rax does.

rax is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place bets, and does not hold funds. rax is not betting, financial, or investment advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to place any wager. The numbers rax shows are estimates derived from third-party data and may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. rax does not guarantee any outcome, profit, or level of accuracy. Any decision you make is your own.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use rax. rax is void where prohibited. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including whether sports wagering is legal where you are. We may restrict or refuse access to comply with law.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person; do not share credentials or resell access. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

rax offers free and paid plans. Paid plans (for example, Basic and Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processor, which acts as merchant of record.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

rax, including its software, design, and the way it presents data, is owned by its operators and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use rax for your own, non-commercial use while you comply with these Terms. Underlying odds and market data belong to their respective sources.

8. Third-party data and services

rax relies on third-party data (including sportsbook odds and live market prices) and third-party services for delivery, email, and payment. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of those third parties, and their content or links are provided without warranty.

9. Responsible gambling

If you choose to wager, do so legally and only with money you can afford to lose. Gambling can be addictive. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER for confidential help. rax encourages responsible play and takes no responsibility for wagers you place with any third party.

10. Disclaimers

rax is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable. You use rax at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of rax will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, wagers, or losses, arising out of or relating to your use of rax. Our total liability for any claim relating to rax will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of rax from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of rax, your wagers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
